Can't create event group in Photoshop Elelments 2021 organiser

I just installed Photoshop Elements 2021. Created a couple of events. Couldn't make event group. Event group list is empty. I don't see the way to add new event group.

Sorry looks like I posted this to wrong forum group. Can you please re-post to Photoshop elements group. I can't create post with the similar header in Elements group

In the Media>Tags Panel, click on the down-arrow besides the green plus sign next to the Events Tags label:
