Can't find install file on the CD?

Hello,

I have purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 and I can't find the file to start the setup/install the process on the DVD.  Does anyone know which file I should use?  I'm trying to install this on a Windows machine.  I purchased this from Amazon and I noticed that the box says Windows/Mac OS, but on the front of the DVD that was in the box, it says MAC OS, no mention of Windows.  Could it be that the box had the wrong DVD in it?

You can download Photoshop Elements from here

Download Photoshop Elements | 2018, 15, and 14

You may have an issue with the license key as I'd imagine the key is platform specific

Hi,

My box  contain 2 DVDs - one for Windows and one for MAC

You can use the download as given above but you do need a serial number

In my case the serial number (starts with 1057) was only on the back of the sleeve for the Windows DVD.

Thanks!  Your answer prompted me to look in the box again!  The windows DVD was stuck in the box!
