Hello,

I just bought Photoshop Element 2021 online, downloaded the installer after purchase and tried to install it but at the end of the installation I get these System Error messages (see attached screenshots).

I tried to uninstal, restart and re-install but nothing. Still these system error messages.

What should I do?

PS. I have a DELL XPS 17 laptop, i7 intel 10th gen processor with Windows 10 PRO.

Thank you

Filippo

Hi,

It seems like VC runtime is missing from your system or an older version is installed. Could you please try to install VC runtime from the below link and try Photoshop Elements 2021 again?

https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=48145

Hope, this would resolve the issue.

Thanks,
