Cannot load Nikon Z7 raw file (Photoshop Elements 15)

It tells me that I don't have the right file converter, so check updates.  Update tells me everything is up to date. When I check Help>About Plug-in>Camera Raw, it tells me it's copyright 2017, and version 9.10.0.739.  That's probably not the current version that would include the Z7.  A little help here?

PSE 15 will only support up to Raw plug-in 9.1, but your camera requires version 11.0

Looks like you'll need the camera raw v11.0 plugin to open Z7 NEF files.  Find a compatible PSE version here or consider using DNG from Adobe free of charge as Peru Bob has suggested.
