After updating to the latest version released Feb. 3rd 2020, I can no longer open Photoshop Elements Editor.  Is anyone else having this problem?

Hello,

Could you please mention the operating system on which you encountered this issue? Also, please try launching the executable file directly to see if this helps.

Regards,

Medha

I get the same issue and still do trying your method. This is a new install of 2020 as of 5/18/20. I can open Adobe Photoshop Elements, but crashes after clicking the Photo Editor. The Editor starts to open, you can see the window and immediately closes. I get an administrator alarm when  opening the video editor. I am logged in as administrator. I checked to make sure I had permission security in the documents folder and I do:

Please Log-in with an Admin account to access Adobe Premiere Elements.

I just bought the software and can't use it. Please get back to me ASAP

Thanks,

Chris
