Compatibility between Catalina 10.15.2 and photoshop element

Hello,

I just bought an iMac with original indallevCatalina 10.15.2. I would like to get the new Adobe Photoshop Element 2020 in 64 bits.
Unfortunately, according to comments on the web, this program does not really work properly with Catalina. Do you know when the updates will be made and perform so as not to create problems.

Another question please, which little program for a Mac most closely resembles Picasa on Windows.
