Copy/move to removable drive - Photoshop Elements 19

i have been trying to copy/move photos to removable drive but all I get is the screen and I cannot type the drive where I want it save or any other info on the second page.  It is almost like it is not seen.  Any suggestions.

search the site for couple days cannot find an answer.
