I have been using purchased new Elements 15 to process photos on an iMac not connected to the internet.
Yesterday I took the computer to Apple for updates but Adobe insisted the previously accepted purchase
numbers were counterfeit? What's up as I certainly don't want to purchase another Adobe product if this is the service one can expect!
