Hey I´m Robin,

me and my father are working as undertakers.

As a new concept for our company we planned to create our own obituaries. So we have more flexibility if the bereaved want to change something.

My question is whether we can use photoshop for this or which program is the best?

We just need to create a white background with a small black margin and inside of that we need some text fields where we can type.

Thanks for your help and best regards

Robin

This can be done in Photoshop Elements, but the program is not a text editor.

Suggest that you download the free 30-day trial for evaluation.

Once you have installed it on your computer, open the Editor>Expert tab.

Go to File>new>blank file for a white canvas. Engage the Type tool and type text. The text will come in on a separate layer. If you have to make changes, do it on this layer, or delete it and replace.

Save this as  PSD file as this file format will preserve the layers.
