During the past 4 months or longer, the mouse disappears once I click in the program. Example, if I click on people and then want to add names, i can not see where my mouse is and i can not click on the add names link.
I was going to reload the software but i purchased on line and do not have discs. Please help as the software is now useless if i can not maneuver from screen to screen or within a single screen.
