Cut out pic in foreground in Photoshop Elements

I'm trying to figure out the best way to cut out the picture of the pink floaty and replace with either what is behind it or possibly replace it with a bottle of vodka or something.  What would be the best way to do this?  I got close, but I was having a hard time using the clone tool to clean up the area.  Thanks!
