Hi all! I have installed PS Elements 15 on a new, third computer. I then uninstalled PSE15 on another computer so that I now only have it installed on the maximum 2 allowed. The problem is that I didn't deactivate it before uninstalling, so now Adobe won't allow me to use PSE15 on my new computer. Anyone know how I can rectify this?

This is a user to user community. For some issues it will be necessary to contact Adobe directly. Click the following link and scroll down the page to Individual. Then click “Sign in to contact us” It should be possible to start an on-line chat with Adobe Support. Make clear you are not looking for support for an older product but need your activations re-set.

Hi , I've moved your post from the Photoshop forum to the Photoshop Elements forum where you are more likely to get help with your issue.

Thanks so much for the link. I was quickly connected to a consultant, who sorted the issue from their side in two shakes of a lamb's tail.
