When I launch Photo Elements Organizer 2019 and it gets to the home screen, I get the "Windows Default Beep" sound. As far as I can tell, the program is working correctly. It's a notification of something but can't determine what is the cause. Maybe nothing but maybe some hidden issue. Any troubleshooting help would be appreciated....Thanks
