1. Which Adobe app?

2. Which operating system?

3. Where did you get the installer?

trying to get Elements 2020.   I payed for it and did the down load.   I'm working in windows 10.   You asked where I got the installer?  I did not down load a installer, thought it would be in the Elements down load.  No where does it say I need another down load
