Downloading Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 on laptop with no disc drive

I have a purchased disc download of Adobe Photoshop Elements 7. I have had it for years.  I recently bought a new laptop which does not have a disc drive. Is there a way to get the same software onto my new laptop? I have the serial number.

On another computer with a disk drive, copy the CD to a thumb drive, then install via USB on your new laptop.
