Elements 12 - No Content Aware option

In my Elements 12 using Content Aware in Edit / Fill Layer / there is no option for Content Aware, only Pattern.

Anyone??

Photoshop elements 13 was the first version to have Content Aware in the Edit>Fill dialog.
