Elements 13 will not open raw

Elements 13 suddenly stopped opening raw files.  The Version is 9.0.0.414, and it will not update to the 11.4.1.  Any ideas?

Photoshop Elements 13 will not be able to use RAW 11.4.1.

I just had a similar issue when last night it opened RAW without issues and it would not recognize them this morning.  When all else fails, I rebooted.  They now open again.  No idea why it quit or why it started back up, but give it a shot if you havn't already.  Good luck.
