Elements 15 does not open on Windows 10

Photoshop Elements 15 will not open. It has worked well on my Windows 10 computer until now.

Thanks for your email. After several days of Photoshop Elements not
opening, It suddenly began working again. I have no explanation. This
happened a couple other times over the past year. I appreciate the link for
troubleshooting in case it occurs again.

It happened, with us too. We create our digital sharable banners and arts on Elements, and suddenly it's just not giving any response error.

Thanks, to support for solving this for us. We cleared the cache and some stuff.
