Elements 19 issue [edit PDF]

Adobe Photoshop Elements 19, does not support digital artwork or pictures in pdf. I cannot open logos, etc. to enhance or edit. This is very important in my work, which I could do in my Adobe Photoshop Elements 7. Since I installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019, I cannot access this feature, and the program does not allow me to open Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 and does not accept its serial number. How do I solve this issue?

It should be possible to open PDF files in Expert mode – see images below.

You can open entire pages or photos within pages.

Simply select a page or photo thumbnail.
