Hello,

Could you please describe your problem in a little more detail? What exactly happens when you launch Elements 2019? Do you receive any error message? If so, then please post a screenshot of the same.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 19, does not accept pdf photos. I cannot open

logos, etc. to enhance or edit. This is very important in my work, which I

could do in my Adobe Photoshop Elements 7. Since I installed Adobe Photoshop

Elements 2019, I cannot access this feature, and the program does not allow

me to open Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 and does not accept it's serial

number. I need assistance from you. Thank you, Ednydia
