I'm trying out the trial version.  I have imported photographs in bulk from my C: drive however, its to many for me to deal with in one go so, how can I take them out and reload just a few at a time? Has anyone any ideas?

Importing means indexing and registering the media files in a catalog. No duplicates are created, only links. So you can start a new catalog from the catalog manager and import selectively from 'files and folders' by skipping the default proposal to 'bulk import' everything. You'll be able to delete the first catalog from the catalog manager afterwards (you can't delete a catalog which is in use, you must have another catalog active).
