Elements + (Add-on)

I read a thread on this forum about Elements +,the optional download for certain advanced features.  The thread included a link to the website where the download could be purchased.  The download appears to be from a source other than Adobe.  My simple question:  Is this a legitimate download and a legitmate addition to PSE?

Yes, you can trust the author of Andrei Doubrovski who is an independent developer like other ones developing plug-ins for Adobe products.
