Elements Editor 2019 : Workspace options compressed

I know this is going to be simple (ie I'm being stupid)  but somehow I've managed to compress the workplace option bar  "Quick" "Guided" and "Expert" such that they aren't visible !

They are there but only identifiable by a "small bar" located where the "workplace fucntion" should be.

Probably best "explained" by ref to attached screen scrape.

Any suggestions as to how I get the normal workplace back?

(Closing/restarting the app doesn't change anything, invoking from Organiser doesn't help. Have tried clicking/double clicking the thin bar, nothing happens unless I hit one of the hidden functions which is then activated, ie I can switch between "Quick" "Expert" etc but by trial and error !)
