Elements Failure to launch

I have an iMac with Catalina 10.15.3 and purchased Elements 2019 from reseller.  Organizer will open but Editor will not open. Everything worked prior to 10.15.3 update.

Removed & re-installed and completed Adobe Photoshop Elements update but remains as above. Elements has an immediate launch failure while Organizer runs just fine.

Any help gratefully received.

Found the posting explaining the failure to launch due to 32 bit components. Solution was to remove app from new iMac and install on older machine running 10.14
