Elements starts up, and can use the Organizer

But whenever I try to open Photoshop Editor, it crashes.  It worked 2 days ago.  I have Windows 10 and made sure that nothing excessive was opened up in the Task Manager.  If I uninstall and reinstall, will this help, or is there another underlying problem?

An FYI, it crashes once it gets to reading the Workspace modes.  Only the Organizer is working but that is irrelevant to me since I have my pics organized already, I wanted this for the editing and slideshow features
