I went to the help tab and clicked on updates. I had and option under file tab to embed image but now it's not there anymore. Any idea where I would go to find that option again. I am on the edit screen in the editor.

Maybe your looking for File>Place.

Thanks for your help. That was just what i was looking for to create my ribbon with the pictures.

What does 'embed' mean for you?
