I had to reinstall my PSE 13 on my computer due to a computer crash and now when I try to open it I get this configuration error:  A problem occurred with the licensing of this product.  Restart and relaunch this product.  It still appears after I relaunch.  Error: 213:11  Any suggestions?

Thanks for posting in Adobe forum.

I understand you are facing issue while launching Elements and getting an Error Code 213:11

It seems you do not have correct permissions on the SLstore folder.

Could you please follow the steps mentioned below :

- Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Adobe

- Right-click the SLStore folder and choose Properties.

- Deselect the Read-Only checkbox.

I think he means use Windows File Explorer to locate that folder

The folder ProgramData is normally hidden - in file explorer go to the View menu and check the box that says "Hidden items"
