Reading on specs for Adobe 2020 premiere elements and photoshop..so am I not going to be able to export my "polished projects, slideshows, media presentations, etc" over onto my USB flash drive????!!! How should I back up my finished work, other than on a DVD/CD...?
And are you even able to upload media presentations, slideshows, etc. to YouTube...or is this software not YouTube compatible neither???....YouTube accepts several import/export formats, so why wouldnt this software not be compatible with Youtube or any other servers to be matter-of-fact???
Am I misunderstanding something here about their specs???

The specs won't deal with abstractions like 'polished work', they will mention file formats.

There is nothing to prevent you to store any supported file formats (in your case mp4 videos for instance) on USB flash drives. Anyway, your OS, Mac or Win would allow you to do that.

PSE users currently create videos that Youtube can import.

What explanations do you want about the specs?

Ok, so i misunderstood what i was reading..thank you for that...as for
making sure my desktop is compatible enough for this software, what is the
best central processing unit (CPU) aka "motherboard" I should purchase so
that I am able to meet the "requirements"? (ready to upgrade my
computer...cannot afford Mac, so don't mention it😀
*Sincerely,*
