Il faut être en mode "Expert" et utiliser le menu Edition >> Preferences. Bien cocher l'option d'Autoriser les fenêtres flottantes en mode expert. D'autre part, dans la barre d'icones in bas, il y a une icône 'disposition' qui offre l'option "Mode flottant".
