Bonjour

Besoin d'aide..  Merci pour votre support.

Photos will go missing (fichiers manquants) if you delete or move them when not using the Organizer.  The catalog lists where the files are on your computer.  It does not copy them.  If you do not use the Organizer to manage your files, the catalog will not know where to find them.

Please tell us a little more about how your photos are organized on your old and new computer and perhaps explain what may have happened to make the files "missing."  We can then offer some suggestions to fix the problem.

Finally, when moving a catalog from one computer to another, the best way is to make a backup of the catalog on the old computer (using an external drive) and restoring the backup to the new computer.  This will maintain all of your tagging and organization on the old computer.  However, you cannot make a backup until the catalog finds all of the missing files.
