Just installed Photoshop Elements 2020 (up from PSE7). It's repeatedly popping up an advertisement for Premiere Elements. The only options it offers are Explore and Later. (You can't see the options in the screen capture because it pops up partly off the screen, and I didn't move it before taking the capture.) I'm not interested.
How do I get rid of it?
