Getting The Pen Tool Into My Skills Set

       I’ve been exercising in PSE 15 for a couple of years in my spare time; and, have seen the pen tool demonstrated on YouTube.  Can I install a macro with Adobe Technical Support‘s blessings and firm OK into my PSE 15 software licensing me to use their pen tool?  I don’t want to damage my gift and want strictly Adobe certified material operating on my Mac.
