I use Elements 12.; Windows 7.  Updated to Windows 10.  shoot in JPEG but process in Raw.   In W7 the hightlights show up as a red blotch; this can be solved by using the White and Brightness sliders .  However in W10 this does not show up( no red blotches) and I cannot adjust it; very useful in flash photography. Can anyone help? What must I turn on?

In the Histogram, click on the triangular blobs in the upper corners.  The right blob is for highlight clipping (red) and the left blob is for shadow clipping (blue).  Or you can use the keyboard shortcuts for the Camera Raw Editor - O and U.
