Hi there,

Sorry that you cannot uninstall Photoshop Elements as you do not have the Application manager to remove the app.

Would you mind using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool and remove the Photoshop Elements app? See https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Please backup your Elements catalog if you have any, refer: https://helpx.adobe.com/elements-organizer/using/backup-or-restore-catalogs.html

Thanks,

Akash
