How do I change text in Uppercase to Lowercase when the caps lock is not on?

I have Photoshop Elements 2019. There is no character window in order to change the lettering from uppercase to lowercase. PLEASSEEEE HEEEELLLPPPPP!!!!

Certain fonts are uppercase letters only.  Try changing the font.
