Hello,
In April 2014 I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 laptop Windows 7 with Digital Delivery versions of Adobe Photoshop Elements 12, Adobe Premiere Elements 12, and Adobe Acrobat XI. My computer recently crashed and I lost the original versions. Technicians recommended I move to Microsoft 10 which I did, and now need copies of these 3 software applications. I currently have original product keys for these apps but hope to receive duplicate software that will work with these keys.
Is there a phone number I can call to speak to a case manager or product specialist? Thanks

With Dell, you normally reinstall your software via their Digital Delivery System

These are very old versions of the software no longer supported by Adobe. So any help you will receive will be via these forums and self-service.
If the Dell option does not bear any fruit, try downloading the software installers from Adobe
Download Photoshop Elements 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, and 7
Download Adobe Premiere Elements 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, and 9
Download Acrobat XI, Acrobat X
Install then enter your serial number when prompted.

Thank you for your input. Dell personnel are having difficulty delivering software via Digital Delivery Systems so they suggested I contact Adobe with my product keys in hope of receiving original 12 version of the software. I will read you suggest links to see if I can find relevant info regarding my need.

Just download the Windows installers and install. Enter your serial number when prompted.
