How to open closed eyes in Photoshop Elements 2021?

I have been unable to find any apps or dialogue that will let me open closed eyes. Please tell me the secret if there is one.

If one eye is open and the other eye is closed on a picture, try the following:

1. Open the picture file

2, Use one of the selection tools, e.g. lasso tool, to select the open eye

3. Place the open eye on its own layer - - press CTRL+J

4. Activate the Transform tool (press CTRL+T) and drag the open eye over the closed eye, and then flip it over to cover the closed eye.

5. You can touch up with the Clone stamp tool, if necessary.
