I recently did a factory setting on my iphone 7. Since then I can't view my videos in PSE 15. It says that I need to download a CODEC of which I did but still does work. The other videos before that they work fine. Please help!

What format are the iPhone files and what OS are you using? If they are HEIF files, you cannot open them in Elements 15 using Windows.
