How will I be able to update Photoshop Elements when using MacOS Catalina?

I have just upgraded to Photoshop Elements 2020 in preparation for upgrading to MacOS Catalina. Since Adobe Application Manager will no longer work under Catalina, how will I be able to update PSE?  (I do not have a Creative Cloud subscription.)

The installer component of Elements 2020 is compatible with macOS Catalina. You shouldn't face any problems while installing future updates.
