I am having a problem with the polygonal lasso. Have waited for chat help, never came. Called Adobe help line and got no return call. Tried again now, said 4 minute wait, have been holding 1/2 hour. Still no help. This realy sucks! Is there anyone working

I am having a polygonal problem in Elements 2019. Have tried Adobe chat, no response. Have called Adobe, told they would call back in 1 hour, never called back. Called again today, said 4 minute wait, been waiting 32 minutes and still no response. Is there anyone working at Adobe? Any suggestions on what program would be a good replacement to purchase.
