I would like to see all the photos placed in a folder

Hi, I know of other photo editing programs but I don't have Photoshop Elements 2020 experience.

I tried to save photos in a folder on the destock of my pc.

 Can you teach me how to view all the thumbnails of the photos that I put in a folder on the desktop at the same time, and then choose the one I want to edit?
