Information missing

After doing a re-set, when backed up info was restored, the photo information that was under the photos, e.g.  #of photo etc. etc.  Without enough computer knowledge, how do I restore this information.  Your help would be most appreciated.  Yes I have metadata, but I still want this info.

Are you referring to the information below thumbnails in the Organizer? Go to the View menu and there are several choices:

Details

File Names

People Recognition

Grid Lines

Put a checkmark next to those you want displayed.
