Are you able to get past this screen after entering your Adobe Id?
Also please try the below and let me know if it works:
1. Turn Off internet
2. Launch Installer and see if you can install the application.
We are doing this check if it's an issue with the sign-in screen, so if that is the case, then in offline mode that screen would not be visible.
In case if none of it works, you can try to install the application silently from command prompt. I would share the steps for it, if you can help me with the findings for above noted points.

Turning off Internet should have worked, not sure why is it not working.
But you can try installing the product silently. Follow the below commands:
1. Launch Command Prompt
2. Please change directory in command prompt, so it is inside the folder where you have your installer exe.
3. In Command prompt, use the command like this:
The above is for the light weight installer that you can install from here: https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-elements/download-trial/try.html
If your installation starts successfully, you will see Adobe Installer processes running in Task manager. Wait for it to complete and Home screen to launch.
Please let me know if you face any issues. Please do share a screenshot.

I have made some steps forward but did not succed (sreenshot)
... and some more steps but did not reach the end. I got an Exit Code 133 when the installation process reached 8% (2 times)

Follow the steps mentioned in the article to collect logs and share it with me.
I might be able to help you after checking the logs.
Also could you please check and confirm if there is enough space to install the application?
There is enough space: 13 Go for C

Can you share more details of the problem that you are facing. A screenshot and the steps should be helpful to understand the issue.
As I told ou in my last mail I did not find the way to use PSE 2021. So I tried to went back to my old PSE 8. It does not work.
Since I have downloaded PSE 2021 it is impossible to launch PSE 8!!
