I just migrated  PE 2019 from older MacBook Pro (2014 OS Mojave) to new MacBookPro 2019 OS Catalina.  Organizer will open but Photo Editor will not.  I don't get error message or anything.  It just will not open.  Any suggestions?

Hi,

Older versions of Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements contain some 32bit components which were not designed to work on macOS 10.15 Catalina. Older Elements versions were released prior to the Catalina OS release, which was released in October 2019.

Adobe recommends that customers using older versions of Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements (versions 2019 or earlier) DO NOT upgrade to macOS 10.15 Catalina.

If you have installed the Elements products and have not upgraded to macOS 10.15 Catalina, the Elements products will function normally.

If you have installed the Elements products and have upgraded to macOS 10.15 Catalina, reach out to us at Grp-ElementsSupport@adobe.com for assistance.

I think when you purchase a new Mac it will automatically come with Catalina. I suggest you download PSE2020 and use it as a free trial for 30 days. You can get a link at my blog; how to install PSE 2020. If you are happy with your testing (the trial is the same as the full version) there is no need to uninstall; simply purchase a serial number and activate the installed software.
