Installing Nik 3 Collectiion and 2020 Elements on Mac

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue with Nik 3 Collection and 2020 Elements on Mac? Adobe and DXO cannot resolve

It seems to be working OK for me. Check the installation from Finder. My DXO folder contains all the plugs including the new Perspective tool.

/Applications/Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020/Support Files/Plug-Ins/DxO

Thanks, my files are in the DXO folder, but the plugins will not run. I get
an error - "command is not avail

Change your image to RGB Color by going to Image>Mode and clicking on RGB Color.

The Nik Filters are not available when an image is in the Grayscale color mode.
