It seems to be working OK for me. Check the installation from Finder. My DXO folder contains all the plugs including the new Perspective tool.

 

/Applications/Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020/Support Files/Plug-Ins/DxO

Thanks, my files are in the DXO folder, but the plugins will not run. I get
an error - "command is not avail

Change your image to RGB Color by going to Image>Mode and clicking on RGB Color.

 

The Nik Filters are not available when an image is in the Grayscale color mode.
