I am using Elements 15 and it does not recognize my iPhone when I have it attached to my computer. How do I get it to recognize my iPhone so I can upload photos take with it.
Are you using the Adobe Photo Downloader ("APD")? Do you connect the phone to your computer before opening the Organizer? Does your computer recognize the phone? Do you unlock the phone before trying to connect via the Organizer? Have you used the APD's Refresh button after connecting the phone?
