Is creative cloud included free with elements 18?

I have seen a fleeting note suggesting that creative cloud may be available free with purchase of PS elements 18. Is this true?

Here is a link to the Photoshop Elements page at adobe: https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-elements.html

It mentions nothing about creative cloud.

Since your question is about Photoshop Elements, I have moved this from the "Photoshop" forum for you.

There is a free version of Creative Cloud, but it does not include the applications. Those are only available by subscription. Also, PE 2020 is the current version. I don't think you can still purchase 2018.
