Issues to see my pictures sorted on places tab

I just recently updated from elements 2018 to 2021. I imported some pictures which definitely have GPS data in the meta data. But for some reasons I don't see nor a  map and the neither pictures assigned to places there. There is no map at all. What's wrong here?

Could you please confirm if you are connected to the internet while using map?

If yes, can you please share your graphics card details?

I'm using an HP Desktop PC and just found following information for a graphic card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 630. 

I definitely can confirm that I was and I am connected to the internet. 

The language of my installed program is German.
