We used to have an old version of Photoshop Elements 9 I think, worked great.  Organisation has upgraded to Photoshop Elements 2020 and now when processing images from Tiff to Jpeg Webready vertical lines appear.  We are using the same PC and scanners, only the software has changed.  Can someone help please, as I've got another 7000 plus images that need digitising!

I have a similar problem. Bought v.7 then later upgraded to v.11, but PC went down a few weeks ago and all I have is a number to retrieve my serial number and download the version, but Adobe have removed it and all support. What a rip-off! It was fully working version that I paid for and I'd be happy to continue using that version, but can't because they've removed it. I have loaded v.7 again, but because it's working on 64bit Windows version not everything work right, the v.11 did, but Adobe won't allow it to be downloaded. says teh number I have entered is invalid. I think we've been stuffed!

distortions with images is quite common when they are not viewed at 100%-- partuculalry with textures.

Zoom in to 100% with the images, willing to bet bet the lines disappear.
